Services Provided
Traditional Implementation
We’ll help plan your rollout, build new processes, and train your employees to ensure your company’s success in partnering with HCSS. This will be accomplished through a series of planning calls, a design session at our Sugar Land campus, and a follow-up visit on-site at your company.
Virtual Implementation
Virtual Implementation offers the same comprehensive implementation process as our Traditional Implementation, but utilizes video conferencing technology instead of in-person sessions. This is currently the primary implementation offering as we are addressing concerns in regards to COVID-19.
Flex Online Implementation
Benefit from the knowledge and guidance of HCSS staff in a convenient online format in easy to digest two-hour sessions. Although this is an online offering, sessions are on a set schedule. It is a great solution for companies that meet a specific set of criteria.
On-Site Training
Bring HeavyBid consultants to your office for on-site training. Our HeavyBid consultants have in-depth knowledge of the industry, and they will tailor the training to fit your company’s precise needs.
Online Feature Training
Utilize this offering to get training on a particular feature of your software, address smaller training needs, or train a new employee.

What’s Included:
- A focused design session at HCSS headquarters, including:
- Analysis of current processes
- Recommendations and best practices
- A high-level overview of the product’s workflow and how configuration changes affect functionality
- Process design
- Outline of responsibilities by job role
- Get to know HCSS staff and our unique office culture
- Deployment training at your office, including:
- Guided system buildout and configuration
- Role-specific user training
- Deployment planning and support
What’s Not Included:
- Implementation for additional divisions with differing processes, unless purchased
- Custom reporting, DIS, or TrueUp, unless purchased
Expectations:
- Join all scheduled, weekly calls and complete action items by the negotiated deadlines
- User training sessions are intended to be for groups of 10 or less. We suggest purchasing additional days of training if you will have more than 10 users to train.
- Please provide or arrange meeting space for the deployment training with a large screen, HDMI connections, and a reliable internet connection.
- Working hours for HCSS staff are typically between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM in the time zone from which they are working.
- HCSS is not responsible for understanding the configuration and functionality of third-party accounting software.
Variations:
- Traditional implementation is not offered for HCSS Plans, HCSS myField, FuelerPlus, or HCSS Intelligence.
- HCSS Dispatcher - The design session and deployment training will take place during the same week, both hosted at your office.
- HeavyBid - The design session and deployment training will take place during the same week, both hosted at your office.
