The conversion to a robust web app allows you to manage all your job data in one convenient location.
Customer Success
Your assigned Customer Success Manager will get in touch with you to do a discovery on your current process and build a plan to ensure that we apply those same practices in your HeavyJob.com environment. They will be by your side throughout the entire process.
Technical Support
You will get one of our highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to ensure that your job, employee, equipment, payroll, and other custom integration is properly configured. They will also be responsible for creating your test environment.
Training
You will have access to training content on our academy.hcss.com or if you prefer a more involved level of training, we have an excellent implementation team in our Professional Services Department that can help you with all your training needs. (additional cost applies)
Success Plan
Once you have fully converted, your Customer Success Manager will continue to work with you and your team to ensure that you are successful in using HeavyJob.com
