For five years in a row, HCSS has been honored with the prestigious Stevie Award for excellence in customer service. The Stevie is derived from the Greek name Stephanos, which means “crown.” A Gold Stevie, or crown, is only awarded to one winner from each category, and this year, HCSS was crowned its first Gold Stevie for Internal Customer Service Training Team of the Year in Technology Industries. A Silver Stevie was awarded to HCSS for Front Line Service.
