The HCSS Academy is an online learning environment for customers that contains training courses on HCSS software. Trainers will show customers how to use the software more efficiently, including features, processes, and shortcuts they may not have known existed.

Access to HCSS Academy includes all product maintenance/subscriptions and is as simple as logging in with your HCSS Credentials.

Get up to speed

Receive high-level and in-depth training on new releases as well as existing features. Reduce onboarding time for new employees by getting them up to speed quickly. Improve software usage for current employees with refresher courses or more extensive training.

Logging in

Any user with an HCSS Credential can access the HCSS Academy. Simply log in using the same credentials used to log into our field app or HCSS Apps.

After you log in for the first time, the system should remember you and log in automatically.
