Our Export to Accounting feature ensures data accurately flows from your HCSS applications to your accounting system, including payroll and budget information.
Cost
HCSS will help customize the export for your organization, free of charge. But in rare cases where extensive custom work is required, a fee may be quoted.

Data Integration Studio
Data Integration Studio (DIS) automates your setup data. When you hire new employees, buy new equipment, or make other changes in your accounting system, DIS ensures that information also flows to your HCSS applications automatically or on demand. With one database to maintain, you can save time and eliminate data entry errors.

HeavyJob TrueUp
TrueUp brings in your cost data. It regularly compares your HeavyJob and accounting numbers and allows you to “true-up” HeavyJob with just a click of a button. These comparisons are made per cost type (such as labor, equipment, material, etc.) within each job’s cost code.
