At the front of it all is our foremen, carving a better future for construction. HCSS wants to celebrate the builders in the field and spotlight the men and women who work in an industry that brings possibilities to others' lives. In October 2022, Foreman of the Future was launched to offer our foremen the attention they deserve.
HCSS customers provided us with a total of 89 foremen! Out of all those submissions, we chose 14 outstanding winners to highlight on our platforms and at our CONEXPO-CON/AGG exhibit this year in Las Vegas.
