HCSS has created direct interfaces between HeavyBid and most accounting systems used by construction companies large and small. This integration allows your estimator to easily transfer the budget to your accounting department and reduce manual entry between departments.
A standard interface contains pay items for revenue and budget, phase codes, cost codes (quantity, costs, and production), resources (labor, equipment, material, and subcontractors), man-hours, material requirements by vendor, and selected subcontractors.
