A standard interface export contains Job, Date, Foreman, Phase, Cost Code, Hours, Union, Pay Class, Earn Code, Department, Shift, and Worker’s Comp, with exceptions for salaried status or certified payroll where appropriate. The full list of available fields, and the inclusion of additional data types like Equipment or Progress Quantities, differs based on the specifications and limitations of each accounting system.
Use Your Scheduling Program
If your company uses scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, you can export HeavyJob data into Excel and then importing it directly into your scheduling program. Some information from MS Project and P6 does import into HeavyJob, depending on how your system is set up.

Integrate with HCSS Dispatcher to send scheduled crews, equipment, and material tracking from the Daily Dispatch into HeavyJob time cards to save your foremen valuable data entry time. Exceptions, jobs, equipment, employees, utilization, and meter readings are sent from HeavyJob to your dispatcher’s magnet board to help make their scheduling process easier and faster.
Improve shop operations by sending maintenance requests directly to your mechanics in Equipment360. The shop management software can receive reported hours, equipment, jobs, locations, meter readings, and fuel records without involving paperwork.
HCSS Safety and HeavyJob work together to allow field workers to easily record safety meetings, inspections, near misses, incidents, and JHAs in the time card’s daily diary, pulling meeting attendees from time cards to reduce manual entry. The safety manager can see all reported data in an easy-to-use dashboard for tracking and reporting.
Import time card information from HeavyJob into HCSS Telematics to verify equipment hours, using exception reports to spot discrepancies between reported and used hours.
