HCSS recommends bringing your own laptop for your design session at our Sugar Land, Texas, campus. However, we do have loaner laptops available if needed. If you need to borrow a machine, please let the Professional Services department know prior to your visit.
While not required, HCSS definitely recommends having remote access back to your office, if possible. We will typically set up your system on a computer at our offices and restore that data to your server at the end of your visit. If you have remote access, your system can be set up before you return home, instead of creating an additional follow-up item to be completed later.
