- Takeoff Integration has been improved to accept takeoff data in Pre-Construction and assign it to items when the prospect is ready for HeavyBid.
- New Material Analysis Report in Pre-Construction provides a breakdown of the material type and quantity used in estimates.
- Importing quote prices from Excel is faster now that you can open the importer by right-clicking in a folder in Quote Summary or accessing it through the “Options” button in the Quote Sheet.
- Support is ready to help customers upgrade from the Classic Export to Accounting, which will be phased out in 2026.

- Seeing your HCSS Plans photos on the HeavyJob Web Daily Report is now possible when there is a diary and the Plans project is linked to a job.
- When assigning equipment to employees on the time card, HeavyJob Web now allows unlimited linked equipment to an employee. This strengthens the Dispatcher connection, when pulling in the crew assigned to the job.
- HCSS Field can now sort cost codes by their pay item in 2024.16 iOS or newer. Because pay items are created in HeavyBid, this feature is ready to go as cost code headers for your foremen to help them find the right cost code for their time card.
- Improved time card messaging in the HCSS Field app can notify foremen with a fix to resolve issues they might have used support to ask for help, like why a time card failed to send to office.

- New inspection auto-refresh when the iOS app is not open can keep your data up to date for your field team.
- If you own Equipment360 you can use mr.hcssapps.com to submit maintenance requests for items that need attention during an inspection. You can also update meter readings, view status of open maintenance, and filter to requests you’ve made. Credentials will need to be added at no additional cost for this feature.
- Scan to Inspect “Add Inspection” allows you to quickly see any linked inspections for equipment sent from any device, and gives you the ability to add inspection.
- “Open Follow Ups” allows you on mobile to see what is open and assigned to you. Items with the same jobs, inspection items, and equipment will be grouped together to easily identify unique items and help manage a potentially overwhelming list.
- Added the option to create or associate a work order from Certs & License alerts to allow specific services to be performed on a particular calendar day each year.
- Equipment360 Mobile QR code scanning now integrates with HCSS Safety QR codes, and can recognize QR codes generated from both Equipment360 and/or HCSS Safety.
- A new system preference allows you to set a daily allowance of miles/km for odometer readings to validate expanding beyond validation through percentage change.
- View the history trails of your assets on the map view. This feature also gives you control to play, pause, change speed, or scroll through the points of travel via individual pings on the map.
